Courses

The science part of the curriculum has been adapted from that used by the "classes préparatoires aux grandes écoles" (the traditional courses that lead to engineering schools). The breakdown in the number of hours for scientific subjects is approximately 30% maths, 30% physics and 40% chemistry.

A typical week consists of 5 days spent at the ECPM, from Monday to Friday, with lectures and seminars spread throughout the day, from 8am to 5pm.

Lab sessions are held one day a week during different times of the year (several 7-8 week periods are organized where one day each week is spent in the lab).
